We Support

The DHIS2 Asia/Pacific Conference – 2024
The HISP Asia Hub and the University of Oslo warmly invite you to attend the DHIS2 Asia/Pacific Conference scheduled to take place from Tuesday, October 1 to Thursday, October 3,2024 at DaNang, Vietnam.
The DHIS2 Asia/Pacific Conference is a place for the Asia/Pacific DHIS2 community to meet and share experiences about DHIS2, learn about the latest developments and innovations, and make connections that can lead to new partnerships and collaborations.
This conference will balance both discussion and information sharing as well as learning technical skills through the use of parallel sessions. It is most comparable to a regional version of the DHIS2 Annual Conference hosted yearly in Oslo.
DHIS2 Academy, Level 1: Android Use and Configuration
The University of Oslo and HISP Sri Lanka successfully concluded the “DHIS2 Android Use and Configuration Academy” Level 1 from 27 November to 1 December 2023 at the Galle Face Hotel in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
The Academy saw satisfactory participation from both the host country, Sri Lanka, and international attendees. Participants received in-depth training on:
- Collecting and visualizing quality data with an Android mobile device for Aggregate, Event, and Tracker programs.
- Modifying metadata to optimize functionality in the Android app, including the use of colors, icons, maps, relationships, and other Android-specific settings.
- Understanding the implications of using Android in implementations from various perspectives, such as testing, training, security, and deployment.

Based in Colombo, Sri Lanka our services extend beyond the country, providing support to several countries in the region.
We also collaborate with regional HISP nodes in the implementation of large-scale projects and conducting DHIS2 academies, the training component of the DHIS2 platform.
